Those shopping for a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan encounter this same dilemma. Just like with gasoline, drug plan prices are all over the map. Monthly premiums range from $15.70 upwards of $175. But, unlike filling your tank, going with the lowest premium may not always be the wisest choice.
